THE ROADTRIP

We come up with idea to travel a little bit further than NJ or NY, why not go to FL, TX or CA. We live only once. So we come up with a plan to take a car and travel. And why not to publish everything online to have great memories? So we created this BLOG.
If you are not familiar with the beginning of the road trip click here and scroll to the bottom.

And now we will post the "right" side of the trip :) Have fun.

We broke the sliding roof in the Jaguar.
Yes yes we know it sounds expensive. Not our fault.

Amusement Park - New England Six Flags

That was our last amusement park this summer.
Nobody else but we were going there so the question was: How to get there?
By car. How to get the car? Go to:

Pro Car Care
860-887-1380
684 West Main St.
Norwich, CT 06360

So we went to Pro Car Care and this is what we got:

Jaguar V12. Runs BAD on gas, but runs awesome on road :)

We didn't take a lot of pictures, just a few:

Wooden constructions.

Metal constructions.

Mr. M. got the shark.

Amusement Park - NJ SixFlags

Crazy summer, crazy people, crazy time. We went to Newe Jersey Six Flags Amusement Park. 4 h of driving. Some traffic near New York City, but we did it.

Rollercoasters we love them.

Our first ride. It was for kids but it was very good at the beginning. Of course it broke down, so we got a chance to take a picture.

After this it was time for something bigger

And then we went to ride something much bigger:

EL TORO :)

"At 188 feet tall, reaching 70 mph, El Toro will rank among the tallest and fastest wooden roller coasters in the world. Its 4,400 feet of mountainous track includes records for second tallest, fastest and longest drop of all wooden coasters in America and features the world’s steepest drop on a wooden roller coaster, 76 white-knuckled degrees. "

1,5 h in line. It waswortht it :D

But our goal was this:

Height 456 ft (139 m)
Drop 418 ft (127.4 m)
Length 3118 ft (950.4 m)
Max speed 128 mph (206 km/h)

But before we had a ride on the Kingda Ka we had to wait 3h in a line.
We were talking with other people.

We were dying there.

But we made it and that was fun.

We left the park after 9 pm. We were hungry so we went to favorite American place.

Trip was cool, we had a lot of fun. Our friends had fun too. We have to do it again one day.

First Amusement Park - Lake Compounce

First rides, first thrills, yes amusement park. We love it. Nothing much to say. It was fun.

Waiting for a first ride.

But after a while we noticed that the coaster was under construction but it was running.

After a while we got hungry so we went to eat. We got some stamps so we were able to get an access to a buffet. Mr M. put the stamp in a visible area.

Then we got lost.

Sleeping positions

Wc don't know whose idea it was but we started to take "sleeping" pictures.

Ollie's Rock Gym

We were looking for a good place to climb. We found a gym: Ollie's Rock Gym.
Very unique place. But when we got there, we were told that this is the last day of this gym, because the building will be demolished to build a hotel.

An American bus

First picture:

Now question: Who in an emergency situation has time to read all the notes posted in the bus?
The forward pillar was located a row of seats further so we didn't take a picture of that emergency explanation.

Chill ver. 2.0

This time we decided to go for a longer trip. We went to Block Island. Nothing special. Expensive place, nice beaches, hundreds of tourists. How did it happen?
To get there we had to take a ferry:

Before we went there we decided to eat. Nothing special just a lobster. Our friend was mostly focused on it. We were just watching. Just to remind you people the lady who is eating this cute lobster helped us a lot. THANK YOU.

Our indestructible backpack on a ferry:

The island is not a big one but we needed something mechanical to move our asses around. Mr B. Decided to rent a car. So he rented a red car. Picture below. No comments.

We took some pictures of the green side of the island

and the sandy side of the island.

We also found something dangerous.

And it was but for animals.
